how to make our body fit ?

  1. go for morning walk for 1 hour .

    2.take healthy food like salad , fruits, juice, milk etc

    3. drink water after one hour it is beneficial for cleansing body

    4.go for the evening walk for 1 hour

    5. take dinner in very low quanity

    6. take juice 2 times in a day

    7. don't eat fast food like nuddles, burger, chips, pizza etc

    8.don't drink alcohol, wine etc these drinks is very harmful for our body.

    9. do yoga, meditation these things is very helpful to make our body healthy.
